The fantastic Boqueria fresh produce market is within a 2 min walk and will delight the senses and keep you busy for ages as you wander in and around the amazingly colourful stalls full of the most amazing fruit, fish, vegetables, candies, chocolate, etc, you name it you will find it in this increadible market!!

Up and down la Rambla you will be enterntained by the increasingly clever street entertainers who will keep you amused for quite some time; a short walk up and you will come to Plaza Cataluña which is considered to be the nerve centre of the city... from here you can make your way to Paseo de Gracia, a shopping mecca just waiting to happen.

Crossing over La Rambla, the visitor will soon come to the Barrio Gotico, the Cathedral and on to el Borne, all of these areas are fantastic and will keep you fascinated with their ancient history, fantastic museums and of course wonderful one-off boutiques and wonderful shoe shops.

Really, the location is all you could ask for.

Apartment Description

This wonderful apartment has three bedrooms, all of them with balconie and come with two single beds...and so can sleep up to six people so comfortably.

With six balconies with views of two wide streets, from where you have the sunlight guaranteed all day long and also beeing able to even touch the top of the trees.

The Pintor Fortuny has lots of character and has many original features throughout the apartment.. the fantastic mosaic tiles can be found in all the areas of the apartment. The ceiling is decorated with plaster in an old-fashioned way and original mosaic that links with the modernist style of the building. The living/dining area of this apartment is filled with lots of natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere any guest would be happy to come back to after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping.

There are two full bathrooms in the Pintor Fortuny; both of these bathrooms comes with a shower unit, sink and toilet.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and the guest can prepare any meal should he choose to.
